At Casey Casey, we value the unique craftsmanship of our garments and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your item is not quite right, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with all original tags attached within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Email our concierge team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the garment is folded carefully to maintain its intentional texture and finish.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked service to send the package back to our Paris studio or designated regional warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the garment, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
